To identify genes causing hypercalciuria, we screened male offspring of C57BL/6J male mice mutagenised by N-ethyl-N-nitrosourea (ENU) for this abnormality. Mice were kept in accordance with UK Home Office welfare guidelines and project licence restrictions.
